Additions bike - whats everyone doing?
Part of me says lets drop it, it was fun daydreaming for a while, I'm fairly certan that they are within their rights etc Then I think about the fact that I have written confirmation from them that there was not a pricing error and I have not had a refund. I sent them a message last night asking why they have cancelled my order and got back, we noticed a pricing error, we couldn't contact you so we treat your order as cancelled my reply was as polite as I could be, took all my social work training I can tell you So shall we coordinate the fight against the incompitent buggers :) If anyone wants the confirmation email about the lack of pricing error let me know, I'm in till about 9.15 and then back again about 2pm so can do it then

Sharon - I'm with you ..... no one has contact me, i've had no emails and no letters - they have been told once by Neil to call me and they haven't bothered! Yes it was an error on their part but it's a pretty big issue... DAMNED LITTLEWOODS!

Yep. They cancelled my order without contacting me as well. My brother told me that I should call them and lay it on thick about the bike having been a birthday present for my 14 yr old niece who has an obesity problem and that she might now loose the incentive to exercise and it's all their fault !!! LOL

i don't think they'd care - again I say - their god damned assholes :-)

You're right Lou, they really wouldn't care. I think the fight may be over though guys. I have contacted trading standards today and even with my email confirming that the price is £13 they are not contracted to provide them In section 2.1 of additions direct terms and conditions they state Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you As they haven't sent us the bikes we have no contract and they therefore do not need to send us the bikes :( From my dealings with Additions today I have learnt that, not only do they not know what they are doing, but that my money was refunded on 31/7
