They really do not seem to know what they are doing!
M Dh has just had an email from one of his colleagues who has had her order cancelled, I'll just cut and paste as it seems easier
Just letting you know that I lodged a complaint against Additions Direct
in relation to the bicycle I ordered. They just called me and said that
they are forwarding my complaint on to the Trading Standards as they
believe there is a possible offence... I'd suggest that you do the same

They basically said that the error was noticed only after a time delay
(as pretty much everything you purchase on the Internet is automated in
terms of receiving confirmation of the order, payment etc) and the
supplier declined to accept the purchase - however as they processed the
transaction by taking money from my bank account, it was a successful
order.....
