Hi Raq. I have PCOS and also have very long cycles. I have some agnus castus but have yet to start taking it. Its instructions are to take 2 twice a day preferably with meals. I think you start taking them at the start of AF...but everybody varies on this. HTH a bit. Laura xx

Hi Raq I took agnus castus to try an sort out my cycles, they were very random! I got mine from julian graves, they were 1 a day tablets and i took them from CD1 to OV (from +opk) my cycles settled at 35 days after about three months then i got that BFP. Good luck :babydust:
