another recipe from me
i odnt know if it already exists! and i dont have a name for it (any suggestions welcome!) but i loved it nad so does abigail, she just had massive bowl of the stuff! i used my large wok for all of this... half a large onion bacon (as much as you want!) tin of tomatoes (ones with herbs or garlic are yummy or you could just add your own) button mushrooms 2 small-ish leek (or one big one i guess!lol!) -chop leek into inch sized chunks and boli 'til slightly soft -fry onion and chopped bacon in a little oil until bacon is cooked -add tin of tomatoes and halved mushrooms in with onions and bacon -when leeks are soft strain and add to the rest stir and let it cook off some of the juices. serve with grated cheese and pasta (i prefer homemade pasta!) next time i think i might use some cubed chiken breast for a change, but it was so yummy! i hope all of that makes sense! any questions feel free to ask of course! enjoy! x
