BMIs
Those of you in the BB Weight Loss Club might want to display your BMI - as Dolly pointed out, weight alone isn't much to go on as there's a vast difference between someone who's 5'8" and 12 stone as opposed to someone who might be the same weight but only 4' 11" tall! Here's an online calculator - http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bminojs.htm And just to make you feel even worse/better - this is what the numbers mean - BMI Categories: Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 Overweight = 25-29.9 Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater If anyone would like their BMI adding to their details, please post them in the weekly weigh in folder :)

24.4 thats if i've done my maths correctly! that may be normal, but the computer doesnt see my bulging tummy!

Smith- 09-01-2008

26.8 so that's not too un achievable. What if you've got big bazoomers, mine weigh about a stone by them selves! Hardly my fault that! Rxx
