cathartic spring clean
i am making the most of being off work and LO being with the childminder and gutting the house. Sorted my wardrobe out, put stuff in loft, sorted out LO's room, changed all the beds, put 4 loads of washing on, and made some yummy soup. I did this last time and it distracted me whilst doing something productive. Feels good. The bleeding is getting lighter which is a relief, so staring to feel better. Have got some reflexology arranged for the weekend so hopefully i will start to feel less hor-MOAN-al after that! Poor DH getting the rough side of me! thanks for all your support recently it has been overwhelming

What a busy little bee you've been Heidi and it's good to hear so. Pleased keeping occupied is taking your mind off things and you're starting to feel a little better. Don't over do it though hun, keep resting too. {{{Heidi}}} dolly x ds x 4

Hi heidi Hope you are ok hun and I'm pleased you are finding ways to cope and get through this sad time. As the others have said though, just remember to look after yourself xxx

Hi Heidi I would be exactly the same. But do take some time to do nothing much as that is good for you too. Well done on getting the house together :-)
