Channel 4 witchcraft programme- anyone watch?
That was the most horrifying thing I have ever watched those poor little children, It made me want to get on a plane and bring them all here- poor education has a lot to answer for.

I wanted to watch it, but couldn't bring myself to turn it on...to emotional atm!!!
Sounds horrid.
I've sky plussed it - it sounded as though it was going to be pretty horrendous.
What was it? Is it being repeated?

It was about Nigerian children accused of being witchs & Wizards by the priests and some were locked away in churches and most were brutally tortured by there parents to get them to confess to being a witch one child actually had a nail put into her skull others burt with acid cut with knives 5 year olds and babies abandoned it was horrific no idea if its being repeated but was possibly the worst thing Ive ever seen
The parents were brain washed by the priests and this isnt even against the law in some areas

This was on More 4 last night - compelling TV but so disturbing. I completely fell in love with that English guy that risks his life to rescue the kids that have been branded 'witches' by so called religious leaders.
I made a note of the charity and am going to start a standing order to them - very powerful documentary but so sad.
WTF is wrong with the world? Why does our so-called "intelligent" species do things like this to their children? Sometimes i wish i was born in a different world!
