cheese and brocolli quiche
as requested by sally78 :) dont i feel special!lol! sorry, didnt really measure anything out. pastry: almost 100g butter (thats all i had left!) flour water. blended together the flour and butter until breadcrumbed, added water and a little flour until it became dough. left to cool in the fridge while i made the filling. then rolled out to about 5mm thick and out in my little tin thingy :) prodded the bottom with a fork, cooked until not squishy anymore! lol! the eggy bit. 4 eggs 50mls (ish!) whole milk little bit of butter (!) lots of grated cheese :) brocolli (par boiled) whisk egg milk and butter together with some salt and pepper. put brocolli in the pastry-ed tin, on top of that the cheese, then pour on the eggy mix. cooked at 200 degrees c top of oven for 20 mins, then another 10mins at 150 degrees (or just until the middle osnt runny egg anymore!). grated cheese on top, grilled to golden brown if you want :) served with salad and garlic bread. it was very yummy. hope you enjoy it too :)
