CHEESE!
i love cheese and am alwasy on the hunt for something that will tingle my taste buds! my las-*test*-('") find that i dug out of the cheese counter was Dolcelatte. its so rich and creamy and got that little tang. its a clue cheese so not for those cooking their buns, but devine on chunky sesame/and or poppy seeded bread. my mouth is watering! x

its not stinky! it smells lovely and cheesy but only if you give it a big sniff up close!lol! i hate the smell of camembert, smells of cabbages, but taste delish! especially in with some tuna on a toasted tortilla wrap, yum!

Mmm. Dolcelatte is one of my faves even though I can't eat it at the mo so my favours have been transfered to Wensleydale:0) Have you tried Gouda ? That's another one I really like but it's a tad more expensive than most.

I adore cheese and Ben does too, it's his favourite food! I don't really like blue cheese much pg or not pg! I love Brie, St Paulin, toasted cheese on toast, mozzarella, halloumi...most apart from camembert (too strong!) or like I've already said, blue cheese (the smell of stilton makes me feel sick!)

i havent tried gouda, no, so iwll keep my eyes out for that. i'll try any cheese that tesco puts ready wrapped out on the counter in their little left over chunks! then if i like it i can buy however much i like of it! thers anotherone that i cant remember the name of. soft and spreadable, almost like a mousse. i'll have a think about it. bev, i love brie! in a crunchy bap with tomotoes and crispy bacon! :drooling:

mmm I love cheese but only certain types, def not blue, mouldy or smelly types! I like cheddar, smoked cheese, mozerella, halloumi, feta and philly! I'm sure there's more but I can't think of any at the moment! Cx

i'm a cheese fiend as well. I really love goat's cheese as it's got such a distinctive flavour and like cooking with Emmental as well as it's very 'nutty'. If i have cheddar it has to be extra mature - I think Stilton is prob my all time fave.

Tilly- 05-19-2008

oooh def extra mature cheddar lois, the kind that makes your jaw muscles cramp and tingle! goat cheese too, have a look at the goat cheese ravioli recipe i posted, you'll love it!
