cheesey pie
just made this for lunch so thought i would share, still cooking and smells yummy!
mushrooms
ham/chicken
cheese sauce
just roll pasty (i suppose you could make you're own of you think you're flash!)
make basic cheese sauce; butter, flour milk and cheese.
grease pie dish with melted butter, line with pastry. add in chopped mushrooms (i only had buttons so they went in whole, yum!) add in whatever meat you're using (i'm using ham as it was left over from yesterdays roast) cover in the cheese sauce (i didnt have any more veg, so couldnt add any, but would taste good.)
top with pastry, make little steam holes and stick in the oven until golden and crispy!
will go nicely with new pototoes :)
