I dont miss my bump lol.... but i really want a brother or sister similar age to Jack - but then after reading some of the posts on her from people who have just had another baby and how hard it is with 2.... it makes me think hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!! Plus me and my sister work together, so technically it's her turn next as we have to job share and it would be impossible if we were both off at the same time (even though i never actually left and im in today!!) so im hoping she gets a move on!!! x

Just had an interesting conversation at work though as I called in to meet another Mum and her new baby. I bumped into the head of HR and she joked we should open a creche. Me and my friend told her they should as they'd probably get a lot of interest from members of staff so she walked off and said she'd look into it. I'd feel much happier if work could do something because I do love my job, it's just I love my little girl so much more!! x it is a brilliant idea so many places in the states and canada have these they are either within the building or in a building very near by, there are so many places in this country that could benefit from it and it is also giving other people jobs as well I hope your company seriously looks into it for ya
