Chip shop chips are horrible and make you feel disgusting...
and I am never going to eat them again, but who am I kidding! I cracked earlier and gave in and went to the chip shop on the way home from town, Rachel asked and I thought "why not". The poor thing is so weak from being sick the other day and not getting much sleep from Brandon being up half the night she (and I) deserved a treat. There was pure silence as the 3 of us tucked into fish cake and chips and we even laughed at the odd thing, something that hasn't happened in this house for a couple of days. Now you all need to prey for torrential rain so that I can't get to the butchers to buy the "proper sausages" DH has requested for his treat! Back on track tomorrow...............................

I always regret chippy tea/lunch whenever I have it. Taste good at the time but feel yuk afterwards. I think chippy chips are made for eating out of the paper on the seafront - never taste the same on a plate at home! x

The suasages from the butcher have turned into Toad in the hole! But I know that I am ok and tomorrow I will be back to being very good

that just made me laugh cos it's DH's birthday and he left at 6 this morning and isn't home unti labout 7! I text him saying fancy a romantic greasy take a way chip dinner :-) I'm sad though and love greasy salt and vinegar chips - with a pickled onion!
