Crap diet tip of the day - Starbucks
Sharon's guide to dieting part 7773 - Go to Slimming world to discover that despite being reasonably good you have put on 1lb, throw a silent sulk, leave straight after weighing and go to Starbucks where you eat a chocolate muffin and a large hot chocolate. Sit their sulking as you can't go home as you will then have to admit that you didn't stay to your DH and he put the kids to bed on his own so you could get fatter. Arrive home to find him on the wii fit, mildly upset that he has put on 1lb, but doing exercise to get rid of it, don't tell him where you have been because you are embarresed. WTF am I bothering, I've put on 3lb in 5 weeks when realistically I could have lost 10lb, thats practically a stone.

AWW Sharon, if you are the wii fit, it could be muscle as muscle weighs heavier than fat. Just a thought.

i totally agree - i weigh 2lb more now according to the wii fit than I did when I started (14 days ago) and it was my AF time SOOOOOOOOOOOO i haven't been a big fat ganit (HONEST) I think it's starting to turn to muscle and I will continue to tell myself this until i see evidence to disprove it!

Sharon, just draw a line under it, tomorrows another day, next weeks weigh in is another day. You have done well so far and are allowed a couple of weeks bobbing around the same weight. Just don't get carried away and blow it all at this stage. We've all done it but whats dones done, do a bit more Wii fit this week and walking etc and your muffin and hot chocolate will disappear. x

I could ave written that myself only you were more restrained in starbucks than me. Was having a feeling fat day today after putting some weight on and ended up with 2 grande lattes and a portion of the luxury fruit bread As B says tomorrow is another day so dont throw all your good work away
