Ovarian Follicles Monitoring IUI 1 - 50 iu Puregon Scan at 0915 today and guess what Im COOKED 18mm egg on my left ovary and Endometrium 7.1, cant tell you the rest as she kept my sheet. It feels like my birthday when she told me i was so happy, SO iui this friday at 10.30am, DH has to do his deed at 0830am on friday!!!. Ive just given myself my 5000 i.u on chorionic gonadotrophin, and IT HURT, it really stung when i was pushing in the drug, DH was watching and i said look at what i do for you , i know naughty, but roll on friday How exciting!!!, My manager still hasnt worked out why im late on my scan days, but my supervisor has been covering for me, the only thing on friday she goes on holiday, so i may have to ring up with a few white lies. So its our little secret LOL

Well ive been basted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Me and DH were very giggly on the way to the hospital, but tense, as our appt was 0830am for DH to hand over his man juice LOL, and we Kept getting stuck behind bloody tractors, any way dropped off hubby, and i waited in the car, he came out smiling (Oh i wonder why), and said we had to go back at 10.30am to collect the sample. so off we trot into Yeovil and had breakfast, changed carparks and parked in the multistory as its costs £1.50ph in the hospital carpark, as we were walking back to the car my stomach started doing somersaults so i had to dive into the loo at BHS , where i had an upset stomach, good job we popped in £ land and got some baby wipes!!! waited in pathology for DH sample and Dr Hancock (YES Dr Hancock), said that he was a little worried about DH results as before when he did the pre IUI -*test*-('") his sperm levels wern't very good, and he was pleasantly surprised at how GOOD they were this time, BASICALLY NORMAL!!!, well done DH, giving up smoking may have done the trick, so we may be able to conceive naturally now!, any way he handed over the jiffy bag and went on to tell us the story of how women used to keep hubby's sample in their cleavage when travelling to the womans unit and an inspector came in and said what if you get a flat chested woman, so now you are given a jiffy bag, (good job they all have a sense of humor). So we make our way through the hospital to the womans unit to be met by the fertility sister, who would be doing my iui, So half naked i clamber up on the couch with a pillow under my bum, covering my bottom half with the sheet, as she checked with DH that his sample was his, she also said that she had to have a witness to check she giving me DH sample. So DH was sat to the side of me behind the desk, i wanted him in the room, well he couldn't see anything as the sister was stood in front of him, (good job really), any way speculum in and spermies, TBH it did sting and hurt a little, but not as much as labour bloody will!! SO im in the 2WW!!! BABY DUST PLEASE GIRLS.XXXXXXXXXXX

Sunday 11th May 2008 Well Im sorry to say, no January baby for me, :afarrived: this morning, so far im ok, will update my blog in more detail tomorow, dont feel like it tonight.

Ok im a bit tipsy ok Drunk got a wedding tomorow silly really, but saw husbands boss tnoight who is lovely and he started saying that WE should not think about it and have sex whn we are tired and that if we cant afford it sont get pregnant!, not going to tell DH but i started welling up 2 1/2 years WTF !!!!, Really pi**ed me off, Feel really angrey about what he said any way i decided not going to continue with IUI this month gonna have a rest and just get some clearblue ovulation -*test*-('")ers and try a few handstands LOL

In my head 'its hell', welling up now!, When we first talked about IUI i said if it didnt work the first time i would have a break and thats what im going to do, i dont know if its the right thing??. So now im going to make more of a concious effort to lose some weight and well im never not going to think about TTC but just get some home OPK'S and just hope it might work au natural, next week 2 1/2 years!! seems unreal AND UNFAIR!!

It was the worst 2WW so far, I thought i was preganant!!, but it ended up being two false positives, in my heart i wanted to be but in my head i knew it was still the HCG injection in my system, I didnt really have any symptoms 'Obviously ', but i was getting carried away with my thoughts that i was going to be pregnant. I do feel ive let DH down too, its weird, If anything this journey has made us stronger, and more determined that we want and will have a family, So it WILL happen, wish i had a magic ball to tell me when, what if i get to a point and i dont want it anymore??, Well onto next month, i wish my cycles wernt so long got to wait 3 weeks till i ovulate , Who wants to be a woman??????????????

We celebrated our 3rd Wedding Anniversary yesterday, it was a lovely evening, i was going to give DH a little treat last night but fell asleep after two glasses of wine so made up for it this morning LOL, Ive decided im not even going to work out what CD im on So roll on and lets see what happens.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thought id better have a quick catch up , as its been a while! Im feeling fairly content about everything right now and that things happen for a reason. Im going to ring the fertility nurse tomorrow about starting again next month ROUND 2 OF IUI. Im going to ask if they would up my dose of the injection so im cooked quicker, so ill let you know how the conversation goes, Really happy at the mo, (could do with some more sex ;) LOL )

Just spoke to the fertilty nurse, about starting Round 2, she is going to get back to me about doing a shorter cycle as they dont do IUI in August, it will entail, the sniffer sprayBUSERILIN and the injection PUREGON from CD2!. She has to speak to the consultant to see if they can fit me in, so hopefully fingers crossed i shall have a message left on the answer machine today or tomorow!!! Eeeeeeeeeeeeek EXCITING! ok UPDATE i CAN go on the short cycle Im SO excited, so period should be here this weekend, start my spray on cd2 with 50I.U of injection then a scan on CD8...

Been feeling a bit crappy today AF should be here tomorrow, CD36!, Girl who i work with (closely), told me today that she was pregnant! 8 weeks, that's what i would of been if we had been lucky on our first cycle of IUI.!!! I knew something was up, Im actually not feeling jealous, as she had an eptopic pregnancy last year, and she is pleased that she has fallen pregnant, even though she is only 23, which isnt young these days..... So hay ho, another bites the dust Roll on next week to start my sniffer and injections, ACTUALLY I CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Ok , so wasnt going to post, but im on CD38, DH said IM NOT ALLOWED TO BUT A TEST TILL THURSDAY!, So we have till wait till then, fells like AF is gonna arrive any minue though (FINGERS CROSSED).X
