Disneyland Paris
I know a few of you have been this year so a few questions! Thinking of taking Ruby in December for her birthday thought the Christmas decs would be nice! Who did you find the cheapest to book through Cresta is the cheapest I have found booking it all through them or would you reccomend booking flight & accomodation seperate? Im looking at cheap & chearful Santa fe seams to be better value getting your tickets in with the price than not a Disney hotel that may be nicer? Stella

How old is Ruby? We booked direct, their website and a separate flight worked out the cheapest for us. Only problem then is airport transfer which we did a private one this time as getting the AER or whatever its called bus can be a nightmare with pushing in French! However, out of season you may not be too bad. Hotel wise I have stayed at quite a few disney ones, started off at the Cheyenne, next time Sequioa Lodge, next Disneyland Hotel, this year stayed at New York Hotel. Got to say my fave of the lot was the New York, I found it better than the Disneyland although the Disneyland is magical. They are pretty expensive though and if you're looking for budget I would recommend the Cheyenne over the Santa Fe (it looks so much prettier). However, the walk to either is a good 15 minutes so I don't know how Ruby will cope with that and its not so easy to just pop back to your room unless you get the shuttle bus. If your budget allows I would go to the Sequioa Lodge as it is so much nearer, a stones throw from the Entertainment Centre with all the restaurants, nighttime shops to browse around, bowling, cinema, arcades etc. We stayed at the Sequioa in the Winter and it has log fires and feels really homely. My only criticism of it would be that they jam pack you in at mealtimes but if you don't mind sitting on a French mans knee for breakfast you will be fine LOL. Give us a shout if you need to know anything else.

Great stuff, fire away with the questions, feel like quite a seasoned guest of DLP!! I believe Cafe mickey is one of the best places to have a character meal.
