Electric toothbrushes - any recommendtions
My Dad has requested one for Christmas - strange man! He's got a cheapy £15 Oral B one but it doesn't last very long, and is a bit weedy powered. I was hoping to spend around £40... any recommendations for a decent powerful one that lasts a while? I've seen a few that were much more expensive and reduced down to this level but I don;t really know what features I'm looking for and if they are now cheaper because they didn't sell well? Any recommendatins greatfully received! Thanks x

Well having had many types I find the Sonicare ones the best, my teeth feel cleaner when I use it. Not sure how much they start at though. Mines the Sonicare Elite which isn't the most expensive but got a feeling they are more than £40.

cant recommend I am afraid but why not get him a tooth tunes one!! we are getting the girls one..you can only hear the song if you brush your teeth well enough! Freya has had a couple of these, and I was about to get her a new HSM one for her stocking when she announced yesterday that she didnt like them as the handle was triangular and too awkward to hold!!! Im not spending £8.99 on a toothbrush when shes happy with a 49p ASDA jobby!!! lol.
