Starlight – awesome news on your weight loss! That’s absolutely fantastic! Hope you’re feeling the difference and not finding it too hard.

Callie – thanks for the stress-free tips! I was going to buy a paper today, but on reflection I can easily manage with my books and magazines for a while. Having a chilled-out morning, then off to do some light shopping with a friend later (she’s pregnant which won’t help!) and then walking down to the local firework display with a few friends tonight. I’m not normally one for singing, but maybe I’ll give it a go!

Pixie – did you make a decision regarding Metformin? I’m staying on it until test day at least.

LauraO, sorry AF arrived. Not long until your appointment.
